  Recently went through the process of financing a car with ACU. Kimberly Cooper helped us through the whole thing! We were not excited to have to buy another unplanned (( due to recent total of our last car)) purchase. She went above and beyond to get it done. Thank you so so much!

  The teller Ashley was very helpful and is very well trained and very educated in her job and customer service skills.im handicapped ♿️ and She made me feel like I was any other customer that would be blessed to get her help!!! My brother has an account And I intend to open one there myself and will continue to use that branch and their services as long as Possible. And I would recommendYour services to anyone looking to find a credit Union and if you do happen to go to that branch ask for Ashley cause she is very well educated and a very attentive attentive employee.

  This has to be the most horrible bank on the planet. For the life of me, I cannot get them to help me pay for the new car loan they are servicing. I get a lot of excuses and misdirection, but no one cares enough to hear you when you are articulating your concerns and frustrations. I am sure they will charge you for late payment in the meant time, but here we are, poor work ethics at its best. Hopefully, I will manage to get another bank to pull the loan before then next payment is due assuming i manage to get the first one paid successfully.
