      I love this credit union. I have a personal loan with them and the rate is low. Whenever I need to talk to someone I go to their website and chat with a representative immediately. I've never had an issue.

      I love the bank itself. THE HOLD TIMES ARE RIDICULOUS. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT 25 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO A PERSON ON THE PHONE.

      Long hold times over the phone, and can't help out with balance reporting to credit bureaus, which is a possible Fair Credit Reporting Act violation. I wouldn't work with them.
