I am so thankful for having a credit union close to work and home! Whether it is a car loan...wedding loan....or other personal financial assistance, Kathy has always been just wonderful to work with! I use the drive through frequently as well. Delmae and Jan are always courteous and helpful. I wouldn't leave because I feel like I have a relationship with some great people!!!! Thank you Associated Healthcare CU!

I have been a member of associated healthcare credit union for over 10 years and have never had a late payment. I was notified by a rude women of a late payment of $35. Due to an error on their behalf of my payments being taken from the wrong account information twice I had to resubmit my bank information and was told it would be 7 to 10 business days before I could resubmit a payment. The women on the phone was so rude and inappropriate and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have been a member for over 6 years and my wife and were looking to buy our first home and this process was nothing but a head ache. Our mortgage person dropped the ball COMPLETELY and flat out lied. She said she didn't know we were getting an inspection and never fully ran our credit to ensure we were qualified for a loan and this house and found out AFTER the inspection and agreement was already signed so we had to back out. So we are now out of a house and $600. We closed all accounts and will never be dealing with them again! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
