  initially, i had a lovely experience with tanya and her team. unfortunately, there ended up being a very large error where one of the office assistance requested an increase in my insurance deductible which is looking to cost me $2500. instead of realizing and accepting fault in this, i am now dealing with tanya running in circles trying to shift the blame elsewhere. not only was this change to my deductible not approved by me, it was never even discussed with me. this is very disheartening. even after going back through my call records and messages, and after seeing the email to my insurance agent where tanya and her team requested this increase, she still is trying to gaslight me and look the other way. i understand mistakes happen, and i’d have a much better outlook on this if it was acknowledged that a mistake was made and rectified, however at this point, that doesn’t seem like it will be happening, which is very disheartening.

  I checked with multiple lenders in town since my client had a bankruptcy and didn’t qualify for a typical traditional mortgage. Tanya was able to approve them with a non-traditional mortgage, which most lenders don’t offer. In the middle of the underwriting of the loan the market changed and rates went up significantly. Tanya researched her portfolio and found another lender that was willing to do a conventional loan. This would be a high-risk loan due to it being a manual underwrite for conventional financing in which the underwriter would have to make an exception for these clients. We moved the loan to that lender and received clear-to-close in 7 days. Tanya and her team worked many early, late and long hours to save this clients deal! The result :They are saving them $1900 a month in a house payment and have a mortgage that is 6% lower than it would have been. If there is a miracle in mortgage this was it. The impossible became the possible. The Assure Home Mortgage team went above and beyond to take this loan to the finish line. Thank you so much Tanya, Jessica, Jordan and anyone else who helped at Assure!!!
