      This agency is absolutely awful. I was contacted just two days before our renewal and informed that the policy was basically going to double. Then as the agent Kayla shopped around she eventually found a slightly better quote. I quickly submitted everything she needed and was assured there would be no lapse in coverage. The day my current policy was set to expire I asked her to please send me a status before she left for the day but received no communication. The following day I began to inquire again. I received an email that they could go ahead and bind coverage with my approval. I sent back an approval and no reply. All the while I am in jeopardy with no coverage and yet I am absolutely willing able and have responded to the offer for coverage. I have been relying on this agents due diligence and I believe she has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure she is acting in the best interest of her client. She has not done that. This is terrible representation.

      The staff in this office is difficult to deal with. I continued to request that someone call me to discuss the insurance needs of our business but they continued to use emails instead which meant it took so much longer to get things done. Over three weeks to get a quote! Sadly they never understood the dynamics of what we needed for insurance because they didn’t call. Wasted three weeks of my time.
