      Michael, you are correct my previous appt I estimated would complete in time to arrive to you at the appointed time. As I mentioned it took longer and I updated I needed an extra 30 minutes but unfortunately that would not work and you were unable to use my service. I apologize for your inconvenience. I would love another opportunity to serve so the next time you need home notary service, I will waive the travel fee.
