      I went into ATC Income Tax on 01/26/19. The location in Center Point, AL. I only had one W2, one final check stub and a 1099. I was informed that I could not get my return completed until I bring in all my W2s, but I could get an upfront loan up to $600 and could possibly qualify for a refund advance. Sabrenda Martin put my information in the system and then informed me that I qualify for for $300 upfront but can only get $150 because I didn't have all my W2s and that when I come in with all my W2s I will get another check for $150. I returned to the Center Point location on 02/05/19 and I received a 2nd check for $150. I received a call the following day saying that i qualified for a refund advance of $954. On 02/11/19 the check that was given to me on 02/05/19 was returned to my bank for NSF. I went to the location and Sabrenda spoke with someone over the phone, I gave a copy of the check and she told me to return the next day and they will print me out another one with and extra $50 for inconvenience. I returned the following day and she printed me out another check for $200. Then on 02/21/19 the $200 check was returned to my bank. I went to back to the location AGAIN and Sabrenda was no longer working there. I don't remember the young ladies name but she took a the check and said she will forward it. I received a call for Tesfalem Woldeselassie and was told that I will receive my money back. He sent the money through Cash App, one in the amount of $235 and another in the amount of $ 145.That was a total of $380. I was semi-satisfied with this outcome, until I mobile deposited a check into my account. Since having these 2 checks bounce on my account I have to wait to have funds made available to me. Whereas, I could normally have at least half the fund available to me, now I have to wait a full 7 days to have any funds made available me. I have been with my bank for 5 years and because of ATC my good-standing has been disrupted. Then i find a complaint with the BBB and they never bothered to respond! Next stop IRS
