Don't waste your time unless you need a small simple loan and dont mind paying extremely high interest rate. They will cut your appraised value and try to get you to thank them for doing it. Haha This place is a joke IMHO.

Ocean Hill we are sorry that you don’t like the new market rates, but we too would like it if they were still in the 3-6% range. We don’t cut values often, but it does happen from time to time especially when we are presented a appraisal from another lender. I am sorry you feel this company is a joke, but we are the oldest non-prime lender in the USA…….we have been doing this 10 years longer than our average competitor. I hope you have a much better day!

Without getting into the details I will just say that, in my opinion, Athas Capital Group is absolutely the worst company to work with in the lending business hands down or in any business for that matter that I have experienced. This company can destroy your reputation as a Broker and destroy your relationship with your customers. I cannot stress enough how anti-customer this company is. Their behavior shows a complete hatred and disrespect for their clients, business partners and their profession. I am not sure how they stay in business. Do not risk it!!
