  I want to thank Josh, Olivia and young lady manager ( didn’t get her name). I rarely go in, but I had to do couple things , yes they were doing there job however there attitude and kindness was great. People that like there jobs and who they work for always show. Most important to me is customer service and these people had that and then some. 👍

  Good morning, I just happened to be logging into my account and saw that the Google rating was only three stars for ASB. I just wanted to say that I have done my banking here for 20 years, and without exception, the staff has always been incredibly friendly, warm, and polite, whether it be at the drive up, in person, or on the phone. Always a pleasure doing business with ASB!

  I'm not a member of this bank. My review is about the new location of the drive up ATM. The new location of the ATM is in a terrible spot. To drive up to it is very hard because there is no room for error. I have seen elderly people get frustrated because of the angle of it. The ATM should have been left in the old location. It was so much easier to get to it. It had a straight lane into it.
