  This is by far the best check cashing place I have ever visited!! They are fast and friendly. I recommend all my employees to this place and have never heard anything negative! Keep up the AMAZING work ladies!!!

  The don’t speak English and they wanted to know why a company wrote me a check instead of verify the check they wanted me to prove to them why the company wrote me a check but I am paying you to cash the check as long as the check is valid and written to me legally it shouldn’t matter why the company wrote me a check

  One of my employee's visited this location to cash a check and was accused of trying to pass a fraudulent check. They attempted to verify the check and I explained that the number they called is not a monitored phone number. I tried to give them my number and I asked for alternative verification methods and I was hung up on. I called other locations to ask of the protocol when the phone numbers do not match and was told that as a legal representative of the company I could in fact verify the employee's check and that the manager could have taken my info for verification. We have many employees in the Norcross area and we will MAKE SURE they do not use this company. There is a check cashing company across the street from that building that cashed the check in less than 5 min without charging fees and with a pleasant non-accusatory attitude. It appears that the manager is also an insurance agent. With customer service like what I saw today, I feel for her clients.
