This place is a total rip off!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone get a title from here. They send you text messages showing that your bill is due but won’t add the amount so you can pay it and then the next day when its over due they’ll add the amount to pay with a ridiculous amount of late fee. My bill was due every 23rd of the month I paid my bill early one month on the 19th just to get it out of the way, the next month I was charged late fees for paying bill on 23rd because they said my due date switched because I paid early the previous month smh! Good luck if your due date is on a weekend because their pay system won’t generate the payment option until after your due date (included fees) and they will charge you for every additional day even though their system won’t allow you to pay on time. This was a lesson for me. Never again!!
