      We worked with Ben to secure financing for our new home in the Charlottesville area during a particularly brutal buyers market. Ben was highly responsive and fantastic at explaining our options, pros/cons of potential decisions, and helping us figure out the financing to best fit our needs. He also did an incredible job getting us into our home quickly during a complex closing situation, really going to bat for us and pushing through to closing in a timely manner that made a HUGE difference for our family. Can't say enough positive things about Ben.

      Going into the home buying process we knew we wanted a Mortgage Banker who was knowledgeable and would work with us in making the best decisions for our loan. We shopped around with 4 different Mortgage companies but no one was as personable and made us feel like our home buying process was as important to them as it was to us, not until we met Ben. We are first time home buyers and needed guidance when it came to the small details of being home owners (Loan type, Mortgage Insurance, first time home buyer programs etc.) Ben worked with us every step of the way and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, friendly, dependable, and will work hard for you and your loan then I would highly recommended Ben.
