      I was on the seller side of a transaction and was misled by their representative through my realtor about the status of the buyer's request. I was asked on two separate issues during the process to assist them. I went out of my way to provide what they needed within 24 hours only to have 6 weeks pass a receive a denial of the loan on the day of closing.! Completely unprofessional.
