  This place was amazing it was the best experience we ever had purchasing a car. Joseph was our sales person and he was so helpful from beginning to end. Mike the manager not only worked out a great deal with us he as well as Joseph and Kenny were the nicest guys to deal with. We encourage people to go to this 5 star dealership.

  Never buy a car in this Atlantic Cadillac!!! I left my brent new Cadillac escalate to do service they messed up my car now im waiting for results Dear Cadillac owner if you care about customer review feed back please contact with me asap !!!

  Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. We do apologize for the experience. In doing the research, It looks like there were issues out of our control. You brought the vehicle in for a leak which was located behind the dash. In order to fix it, the dash did need to be removed. Because of the current inventory and parts situation, the replacement parts were on back order. At this point you didn't want the vehicle any longer, which we understand, as this was a brand new vehicle that you were having issues with. My service manager, Vinny, worked closely with you to rectify the situation, even trying to help you get into another vehicle, and keep you at around the same payments.   In February of 2021, I purchased a Cadillac Escalade ESV. In October, the dealership mails me an expired refund check for DMV fees and the check was dated back in March. Yes, the check was expired. I go to the dealership on October 23rd and spoke with the Used Cars Manager Chris. He photocopied the check and told me I will receive a new check no longer than three weeks. We're in month three and no check. Obviously, there are major issues in their Finance Department.
