  Where should I start? I currently live in Texas and have a rental property in Virginia. I tried 10+ other places to get a cash-out refinance loan and was told that it would be tricky to make happen as it's not my primary residence and I live out of state. When I reached out to Katie who had helped me before, she didn't hesitate to get started right away. She told me exactly what I needed to do and her whole team was amazing! Shanequa was super helpful and patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process.   Working with Atlantic Coast Mortgage was a great experience. Our loan officer, Roberto Westbrook, was a pleasure to work with. Roberto listened to all of our inquiries and questions when we wanted to refinance our home loan, and he helped us find the best loan that worked for us. He was not pushy at all and we felt that we could trust him, which is very important to us. The entire process was really easy, and Roberto was there every step of the way.
