      NEVER USE!!! Waste of customer time, waste of your money. Worse experience I've EVER had! Nothing done in a timely manner. No guidance on first-time home buyer deals/offers. Not willing to help an inch! Made us spend THOUSANDS extra on living expenses while waiting on closing. Dragged out weeks longer than necessary. I wish I never worked with them. I contacted MULTIPLE mortgage brokers and they all agreed it was horrible customer service and poor mortgage-knowing skills. I have told EVERYONE never to use this company, including multiple realtor friends. It should be closed. I will be reporting to BBB! Wish I backed out, like my instinct was telling me.
