      The employees are typically very fast and pleasant, however there are times when they are in too much of a hurry and don't listen to exactly what you want.

      This bank is garbage. Do u want a 9 day hold on your deposits? Then bank here. The apps don’t work half the time as well. Lousy customer service and their rates are the highest in town.

      On Monday, I drove through service and needed the change . It was traffic drive through that day so I haven’t had a Chance to count the coils that I got. So I realized it was missing one roll of dime so I went back there and asked for the teller told me that she had her balance correct after counting. So I called Tonda , manager there . She told me will ask teller and get back to me but she was not even call me back until today Wednesday:( we have the business with them for more than 14 years now. This is my first time with bad experiences from them . So disappointed ☹️. I think I may need to switch our business account to other bank. We don’t mind loosing only $5 of dime but at least they respond to something:( very upset 😡
