      Their fraud protection unit is wonderful! This is the 3rd time no make that 4th time that my card has been hacked. The fraud unit was on it each and every time to stop these cyber crimes that happen to so many of us. Their staff is so friendly and competent.

      Thank you so much Maiya for your public concern and then lack of response. We have since put in a complaint with the banking commission that you accepted money and opened an account with a valid Power of Attorney and then refuse to release funds or provide access to the funding. Atlantic Union Bank accepted money, a valid power of attorney and refuses to honor the POA to allow us to pay the bills of a disabled person. Nice job in confirming a true bait and switch!

      Very disappointed with this bank. My husband opened an account to pay his brothers bills for him. Has a valid power of attorney and once opened they would not honor the POA - even though his name is on the account and POA paperwork provided. Never processed the bank card requested and when asked to place an order upon return my husband was told there was nothing they could do without a Payee authorization. Do people not know what a POA is? So basically money has been sitting there which cannot be used to pay his bills.
