Don't even bother with this bank. I've been with them since they were the Bank of Hampton Roads and after the first time switching names/ownership nothing has been right. I'm constantly having to fight with the online banking system and the banking apps and download new ones every time they switch names/ownership again. The online system always says my account doesn't exist but also that my user account doesn't exist but that my user account does exist so I can't start over and create a new one. If you're considering banking here, just don't. Go somewhere else, that's what I'm doing as soon as I can.
