  I have rented from atlas for over a year now and have never had an issue with ANYTHING! If it was broke they were very timely in getting someone out to fix the problem. Even when they were swamped (the repair guys) they have always been great to me and have always responded to any messages or calls that I have made to them either good or bad. I would definitely recommend them To any family or friends. They look at the person and not the situation you are in when applying with them. They are not all about numbers cause not all of us have incredible credit. They provided us with a wonderful house and wonderful experience and still do to this day.

  Don’t rent with them or hire them to take care of your properties. They have called me once through a situation with sewage in the bathroom.

  These people are the biggest Slumlords ever Refuses to send a certified plumber to look into why we have paid over $1,000 4 water since August all we have asked is for them to rule out any leaksthey have failed to prove that because the maintenance man that they sent out here put drops in the back of our toilet walk in the kitchen walk in the bathroom turn the faucets on and said nope no leaks will obviously there's something wrong with the issue because there are only two people living on this in this property and it is impossible that this is our water usage I just received an email from the city clerk that the city is investigating this property for being in default evasive on supplying a certified plumber and Debbie Kirk and Ron Kurt vogt RV refusing the rent at this point and they have served us with an attorney in written eviction noticeI am paralyzed I have not walked in 13 years I have been 100% honest with Debbie and Ron since August but they have done nothing but lie lie lie they have not kept their bargain of the lease but I am supposed to be held by law to hold up my end of paying them to not come out here and investigate why are water bill is outrageously HighI have contacted Debbie and Ron Kurt both two times today run Kurt politely hung up in my ear Debbie will not even answer her phone or her text messages so where do I stand in this situationI how do you pay someone that is not going to even answer your phone calls ?? And I have also filed a complaint with the State attorney general's office of Missouri I'm waiting for information back on them about mr. And mrs. Kurt so you know what should I do
