      I do not recommend this outfit, they did surveys on a couple of properties I bought a couple of years ago, I never contacted them directly, the Real Estate agents set that up. 1-2 years later I tried to contact them directly for additional work, I left a messages, but they did not return my calls, I tried about 3 or 4 times, they never answer the phone, you have to leave a message, problem is they don't call you back. I even went on their website and submitted a request for a quote, again, no reply, no call back, no email, nothing. I have moved on. There are other surveyors out there that are true professionals, they actually get back to you with quotes, and actually schedule the work and get it done, imagine that!
