      atm took my bank card. was in the middle of signing my check when it timed out. theres no way to retrieve your card when that happens. horrible intro to bremer bank :)

      I had originally gone to cash my check and the lady said I can deposit money into my bank acc, no problem. She failed to let me know that there was going to be a 3-5 day hold on my money being deposited. I've talked to several people on both ends of my personal bank and Bremer and each told me I would be getting it a certain day. Today comes, nothing. They're holding over $600 of my money I deposited and on top of that failed to explain to me how the process works. Great customer service - not. Explain the details next time and dont sugar coat it, I get it, you're being nice and trying to be convenient but here I am stuck with 4 kids to feed and my money missing for almost a week now.
