      Hands down the worst banking experience I have ever had. The only thing small town/community is their name. 30 min+ hold times to be connected to the call center (the first two ladies that I spoke with were very nice and helpful) and the even though I had never spoken with anyone at the Cabot branch, they refused to take my phone call. They knew that I was calling about paperwork which they had lost and didn't want to be held accountable. Phone calls and emails went unreturned, lies were told to me and the other parties involved, attitudes were surly at best to condescending, rude, and downright mean. In all honesty, all the parties involved on our end were made to feel like criminals. The crazy thing is that when I went in for the first time, my intention was to open an account and leave the money with them. They apparently didn't want it because in addition to the treatment they dished out, no one ever asked if I would like to open an account and leave the money there. Shame on you #ArkansasFederalCreditUnion , the members of this community and state expect more from you and you should expect more from yourselves.
