      Nothing but a bad experience!! Called to get deposits information and was greeted rudely by the same person not once but TWICE!! Complained about her the first time (when she abruptly placed me on hold and refused to assist me and transfers me to someone else instead without telling me prior.) the next time I called in and she was rude once again and said “oh now I remember you” and began telling me there is no way she is able to help nor or look me with without me giving out my full SSN (which I have never previously had a problem with.) As I filled out another complaint about her stating her attitude was out of line her supervisor did call me back. She didn’t seem to want to make the call to me and said that she spoke to Carolyn and she assured her she was never rude (typical.) Defended her in her efforts not to help me because “she has been here for 31 years” and has never been rude. The was told “now that you have been approved for online banking you no longer should need to call in. At that time I did tell her I will not hesitate to call in since I have never had an issue with anyone else other than Carolyn. Everyone else I have talked to seemed nice helpful enough. Ordered a debit card and three weeks later it didn’t come ... called in and there is no record of it ever being ordered!!
