      I have never dealt with such an idiotic organization. After asking a teller for advice on what to do to receive and immediate deposit she gives the wrong information and has caused me to be stranded out if town with no access to the funds that were deposited. Do Not Bank @ Suntrust

      I've been banking there for years. recently cancelled my checking account there but still have credit account.. the lady could barely speak English and wouldn't cash my check and THEN ASKED ME IF I'D LIKE TO START AN ACCOUNT!! now I see why they're going out of business!! hate to see it that was my childhood bank.my whole family banks there.
