      Had some fraud on my card. Had to go to a TD to get a replacement card. Well...had the pleasure of walking into this bank. 1st, I was greeted warmly by a gentleman who was putting out pens for everyone to take. Waited about a minute before Jasmine helping me at the teller window. She spoke clearly, with good tone, and pleasantly. She absolutely helped me with my issue. I mean, she gave clear explanation, good expectation, and while I waited for my card, she used her time wisely to help others all while keeping me in mind and acknowledging me throughout. I mean, seriously, if she isn't a manager, consider her or give her a raise or lunch on the company. She is EXACTLY what customer service is all about. You don't find that service often, anymore. And I've been to a few TD Banks...she's a true gem to deal with. Im so grateful! I really didn't need another attitude or rudeness this morn and Jasmine made my start of day a happy 1. Thank you so much!!

      The mgr. Is good, I never can follow the things on my account. Money gets put in before I can get to the bank have no idea what's happening with my money. Gotta go . Never seen so many fees. Going going going gone. Stuck now not for long.
