Khris was easy to work with, no high pressure which we appreciated. She really did everything she could to make the process easier once we decided to buy. This is a four star rating because after our initial visit and test drive, we left the dealership with their price quote to think about the purchase. A couple days later we looked at the same car on the internet and there had been a price drop but no one from the dealership contacted us regarding the lower price. We were contacted by two different people, one by phone and one by email, at the dealership at different times, but no one mentioned a price change. We even explained to the caller, we were interested in the car, but not a the previously quoted price. Overall, we are happy with the car.
