This dealership was honestly the easiest to handle a new auto transaction from my experience. Save yourself a headache and request to speak with Sal. We were in and out, about an hour and some change, and the process was smooth sailing. This was the only dealership that gave me the best deal for my auto. Thank you, Sal. Stevens Creek Audi Service department is overrated. I have been coming here for 3 years and have had very few issues. In the last 2-3 services these guys have fallen short. Full service on my A8L and they inputted false data on my brakes. It took a 3rd to identify this was done. I can go on and on, the worst thing is their service manager Casey and Fernando Service advisor. They don’t communicate, at all. 4 days for a oil change. I have spent thousands of dollars on my A8L but not another cent with these clowns!!! Go luck Audi owners.
