  Lucy Was always nice to Me ! She help me with getting my car loan!! Was so very helpful to me !! I GOT MY CAR PAID OFF IN FULL WITH THIS BANK 🏦 🙌 !! ALL THE PEOPLE HERE AT ALL LOCATIONS ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO GET TO KNOW VERY WELL AFTER MY 5 YEAR LOAN PAID IN 3 YEARS .. thanks you VAH 😘

  I have been with the VAH bank for many years, I have met many employees there, they all have been kind. I am so happy and blessed to encounter a beautiful group of people. To name a few, Dot, Latoya, and now Sarah B has been exceptionally respectful and professional. I have a car loan with the VAH, and it has been a long that has been bumpy at times. Sarah has worked with me tirelessly to get my account up to date. I can always call her when I have a problem with my acct. or am unable to pay. Sarah has always been kind, but yet firm, she is definitely a peoples’person. She makes you feel comfortable, and I have never felt afraid to tak to her. I have talked to other people at other companies who have been rude, but I have never experienced any problems with Sarah B. or anyone else at VAH. I am grateful I have a business professional like Sarah B. that represents the bank, but also respects and cares about the customers; thanks Sarah.

  We have a loan through this credit union. They are based out of Augusta, GA and they do not accept loan payments over the phone. There is no way to deposit a check without walking into the bank and there is no way to make any other form of payment other than a transfer from our savings to the loan. So needless to say, I have to mail a payment or walk into the branch. I personally like instant confirmation of my payments, so mailing a payment is not one of my favorite things to do. We are no longer in Augusta so walking into the branch just is not an option. Lucy is very kind, but not very helpful when it comes to questions. It's frustrating enough having to pay bills, but dealing with someone that doesn't understand what you are asking and having to call back multiple times, then wait for someone to call you back and getting a response of, "just play around with the website and see if you can figure it out," is definitely not someone I want to be in business with. I will be leaving this credit union as soon as possible.
