      This is by far the least professional branch I have ever dealt with as as business owner.The inconsistency in properly trained bankers is ridiculous. Every time they hire new people on whay seems to be a weekly basis the bank policies change from day to day also. Customer service is horrible. I will be closing both my business account and personal account and will be moving on with a more professional banking service. The only person that I've noticed to be consistent with service and policies has been EDWIN.. on the days he's not there it's always nothing but issues with simple withdrawls and deposits . The training department needs some serious help!

      I have been using this bank for more than 15 years I have always received the best treatment they have excellent staff like Mr. Bobi Sisco who has helped me a lot I hope to use them for another 15 years
