We have used Austin Bank in Gilmer for many years and always have good results. There were a couple of young tellers that never smiled or said thank you, but I don't think they are there now. Our banking needs have always been taken care of satisfactorily. Friendly employees would help any business.

I used their atm to help a friend. I had to contact him and left the card in for a short time. The machine started beeping then confiscated my card for "security purposes". I ordered a new card. My former friend was VERY angry about the whole thing and his ins fees associated.

Austin bank in gilmer texas sucks.....people are rude and do not help the customer....I will not go back to that bank for any kind of help with my account .......I do not recommend anyone to use the Gilmer location ...
