      I've had a great experience with Austin bank usually they're on top of everything but I've recently tried to get a new debit card and they said it would take 2 weeks tops and now I'm at the end of the 3rd week with no card this is getting ridiculous.

      We recently moved here from Tennesse. On the 4th of January we made deposits and were told it would take till the 19th for everything to clear. It's a good thing we had some cash or we would be up the creek. It's the 21st and we still have not received our debit cards for our main account. I have never known it to take this long to be able to access my money or receive a debit card. The initial customer service experience was good but that does t matter anymore. Where is my debit card?
