      I have only been in Big Sandy about three years but Austin Bank is my bank! All of the staff that work there are so wonderful and they do really treat you like family!

      What a rotten overall experience! I was "eyed" suspiciously before I even spoke. Then this "manager" came out ( Alanna I believe ) and let me tell you, how this lady became a manager is beyond me. ZERO customer service skills, in fact ZERO is too much. She put the ratings into net negative territory. In addressing another employee she even referred to me as a *!##&@. She was stuck up, pretentious, condescending and rude! My old pappy would have said "she acted ugly". What did I expect from a hick state bank anyway? Especially with an angry, unfulfilled harpy acting like she's in charge. I won't be back. Going to a REAL bank where my kind gentlemanly demeanor will be appreciated!
