      I love this place. I used to be a member at the Cedar Park location on Bell and I never got a straight answer. I was there for 23 years and nobody smiled, never a hello etc. In fact they would forget to ask me for my password! Very cold. At this new location of Balcones Woods and Research it is so different. Friendly caring and they go beyond what is expected. Ashley has been wonderful to work with at this location. I feel like they truly want to do the best for me. There is always a smile when I come into the bank and they remember me. I trust them that they will give me the correct answers. SO very happy!

      My boss referred me to their car loan service. I got the Pre approval letter the same day that I applied, next day I paid deposit for a car but the delivery time was delayed because of chip shortage, I waited for two months, my pre approval has expired. The next day morning I received the purchase order, I called the customer service, they immediately helped me to resubmit an application and asked me to go to a branch to speed up the process. It only took 30 min as they promised, they financed me a new car 100% and the Interest rates are good. The staff was absolutely friendly, the team was professional and the whole process went well! 5 stars!
