      Huge shout out to Bonnie and Ace! My mom and I needed to make changes to my dad's bank account but we didn't know where to start. Bonnie answered the phone last week, 1 minute before she was set to go home for the day. She answered all of my questions and gave me step-by-step details in regards to the information we would need to present to the manager when we arrived at the drive-thru. The next day, Ace greeted us and took care of the rest of our request. She was so very sweet and while we sat in the drive-thru for about 20ish minutes (which we expected would happen) she was so very kind and detailed. It's a harsh reality when your parents get older and you have to make decisions and sometimes sign documents you don't really want to think about signing. But let me tell you, it warms my heart when you have people like Bonnie and Ace to guide you through the process.
