  1.0 star rating If I could give negative ratings I would. Worst place ever. I was laid off because of covid. My license was expired and I couldn't get it renewed so I THOUGHT my options were limited. I found after later that I had plenty of options, with MUCH better vehicles and customer service but it was too late by that time. The deal with this HORRIBLE place was done. First, I had issues with my license plates and all the account manager would tell me is what she couldn't do (which was basically anything.) Customer Service 101, let the customer know what you can do! Every payment was made early. Then, I got covid, had to spend a lot on test and hospitals and medication. Called them about 1 payment.....just one and they just couldn't help. How can any company that you know is being given government assistance have such little compassion and sense of right and wrong. As soon as I can refinance, I will and I will make it my mission that anybody and everybody knows, there's much better companies out there that actually care about their customers. Oh and....a $250 deductible? I've never in my life seen that. I was stupid so I hope to save anyone else from make the same horrible choice.
