  Pick up was great, drop off was a horror. Then they over charged me and was not willing to refund, had to go to Uhaul to get satisfaction.

Please reflect, When you rented your truck we stated all RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETED on your cell phone when returning a truck after hours. This is a free service by UHAUL With no exceptions or customers will be charged an additional day. please review your Rentail contract In regards to the terms of returning a UHAUL. David Motta, As we stated when you called to credit your account. we can not credit any account when a contract is closed. As I explained That is why We gave you corporates phone number to request a credit. We apologize for the Inconvenience and looking to see you soon.
