  I love the straightforward dealing and the alternative payback option. And most of all the lowest rate they counter. The staff has been very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

  This company charges extra fees and interest rates on top of what is in the contract. I’ve experienced experienced obnoxious, nasty, rude and very unprofessional behavior at this location. Multiple times they have come on my property with harassing letters and business cards on my door step with just being several days late. The threatening phone calls and comments when I asked for them to not come on the property, and to send them letters by mail or to call me personally by phone for payment instead. Reported that I wasn’t answering my phone that’s why they left the letters when I explain I am at work doing patient care when they would call multiple times a day back to back to get in contact with me instead of leaving a message and allowing me to contact them directly when I am not doing patient care during the day on my shift. Very demanding and will interrogate. The calls and the showing up on my property just 3 days late became so uncomfortable I had to have the third party speak to these people in the office. When I did speak to them on the phone they speak in a very unprofessional manner, make comments and ask questions that are interrogating and again inappropriate. They act very authoritative as soon as you sign the loan with them. Made me feel very violated. When David was in office it ran 1000% better. Was an great man to deal with, now that he is gone and under different staff, it has gone downhill and wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. If you need a loan because you are in hard times I would not recommend this place.

  Fast, really fast!, friendly service. Erica, Cortney and Alex were involved in my loan process to make this usually dreary business fast and efficient. Great team work!! I will definitely refer people friends and family to this location so that they can deal with these friendly people.
