  Man let me tell you.. The people here have helped me ALOT at first it was a struggle i was in tears trying to figure out what to do. And the moment i got on the phone with the Manager Karen Alvarez she worked with me thru it all. Of course i still had to pay my paymnt but man thus women is so understanding and kind and patient. You have know idea Karen how much i appreciate you 🖤 thank you so much from me and my son Mathew.

  They are a horrible company they use a form of intimidation lies and corruption to get their way. They need to be shut down I’m going to call the BBB on them. They don’t send, proof of payments, new changes to policy email or letter and add new fees every time you turn around which without notice is illegal. These cars are not worth purchasing my entire panel went out after a year. The REAL auto company personals told me they have concerns about my vehicle from the beginning of purchase. Again don’t purchase/finance with them. They are crooks and don’t mention their customer service department just a bunch of unhappy unprofessional no adequate training people.
