If I could more than 5 stars I would!! Shane was hands down one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. From the very beginning he was there for my fiance & I. He was very compassionate about his career & made our car buying process much less stressful than years past. He truly went above & beyond for us & made sure we were happy with our choices from the very beginning. He did NOT pressure us into buying anything & kept telling us the decision was ours. Every other experience I've had with car salesmen are tense & nothing but pressuring us into making a rapid decision. After we drove off the lot the amazing customer service didn't stop there. He checked in to make sure we were loving our new rides & wanted to make sure we didn't need anything else. I did tell him prior to leaving the lot with our first "new to us vehicle" that the brakes were rough & needed some attention, with no hesitation he brought it up to the GM who immediately said that we could bring it in & have whatever needed attention to be fixed free of charge since the problems were noted before hand. I truly have a different attitude towards buying a car now & I'm so grateful I was able to work with Shane & be one of his first customers' in New York State. P.S: Everyone else that I worked with there is truly wonderful, Erin, Lauren, Nick, & Joe!! I appreciate everyone of you & cannot thank you enough! I look forward to continuing to do business with you guys from regular services, to repairs (hopefully not soon) to buying new cars (hopefully not soon)!!!
