  I haven't officially bought a vehicle. However I'm giving a review based on my dealings here. First off...I wish anyone the best in finding a place to park and navigating the parking lot. There are no signs for customers and they have their lot so jammed full of cars, there's almost no where to go. Secondly, the car I came looking for was advertised online and still is, but mysteriously it's not there on the lot. It's seems like a great deal....but why is not there? I can't get answers. It's just not. I was given a promise to call when it shows up and it's been more than a week. No one calls me or texts me to update me. Last text I sent asking for an update has now gone unanswered for 2 days. Admttedly, this is for an inexpensive car....I guess their people and this salesperson, José, is making enough money and therefore unconcerned with me. This is for my son...not me. Maybe you're not making a huge commission on this one...but treat your customers well and the next one might be a huge one. After this, it's doubtful I'll buy anything there, ever...and I would never recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give less than 1 star. *EDIT* Today I received text messages from a person named Art, claiming to be the manager. He apologized for my experience but claimed the car finally came in. Said I could come in and see it...but said the vehicle did have various issues. He claimed they were unaware of the issues until now....that the people trading it in, told them the car was perfect. I questioned this, if they supposedly thought the car was perfect, why was it priced so far below fair market value? He could not provide me with an answer. YOU CAN NOW ADD DISHONESTY TO MY LIST OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PLACE. I AM WARNING ANYONE READING THIS...STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. BUY ELSEWHERE! *EDIT #2* Art continues to text me and claim innocence and trustworthiness. Even from his own phone and after hours. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE. EVEN AFTER SAYING I'D FILE HARRASSMENT CHARGES IF HE CONTINUED TEXTING ME, HE STILL TEXTED ME. I HAVE HIS NUMBER BLOCKED NOW. HOPEFULLY THAT WILL END THIS.
