  I flew from Dallas, TX to Virginia to purchase a 2007 Toyota Sequoia from Auto Plus & Financial. Ali was great. He worked with me every step of the way including a live video walk through of the vehicle and showed me everything I wanted to see to give peace of mind flying half way across the country. When I got there, Ali had everything ready. Paperwork was ready to be signed and tags were on the car. The vehicle was in great shape... Then it was time for the drive home. 17 hours over two days and the vehicle with 195,000 miles on it drove great. No issues. I highly recommended Auto Plus & Financial. Nice people and great service.

  Went to look at a 2005 Dodge Ram Quad Cab after emailing salesman back and forth about vehicle price. Did this because I wanted to have a idea of out the door price before I drove a hour and half to see vehicle. We got close to a price that I liked and said I will be there in about a hour and a half. Arrived on lot and salesman was polite and asked if I wanted to test drive. Said I do and he went and got the keys. I opened the hood and started the truck noticed no coolant in overflow chamber or radiator. Went back and told salesman and he topped it off. Hope it was correct coolant colt. Anyway started the truck and tried the AC, it was a 91 degree day and truck was hot inside. Sounded like the ac fan motor was about to shoot through the dash. Still drove it 3 miles up the road, water temp is almost red line, so I pulled into a parking lot and looked under truck and coolant is dripping from engine, could be water pump or a loose hose or something more serious. I returned the truck to the dealership and told the 2 salesman the issues and said I cant offer them a price. They understood but seemed to not know about the issues. Bottom line is that I know it's a used lot and cars are as is, but don't advertise on your website truck is in great mechanical condition, that's a lie. Anyone buying a used car as is needs to check out the vehicle thoroughly from here.
