      I would not recommend doing business here, I don’t know what person the rest of the customers have been talking to, but the “Owner” has no appreciation for her customers, and stated, “I can talk to you however I want to...” She’s very rude! I always want to know where my dollars are going to, not out of accusation which “Owner” stated I seem to do every time I call in, “You call in every month and accuse us of robbing you!” For the record, never did I say, “You’re robbing me!” IF they could provide itemized statements or receipts when I pay them I wouldn’t be calling in for my balance or just a simple explanation regarding the accounting side related to interest! She’s got lack of respect for her customers! She doesn’t realize that it’s the customers that are paying the extra fees to run her business or pay for the over-priced used items in her store! You may have done me a favor on a loan for an emergency situation but I believe I’ve made you richer by almost paying double due to the high interest rate.... which I’m aware of! So the next time you feel you need to talk down to a customer, get off your high horse and please remember who feeds you and your kids, the customers!
