Called spent an hour and 20 minutes no one picked up the phone and call was disconnected. Called back and spent 50 minutes nobody picked and call was dropped again. Is there anyway to speak to somebody?

Just purchased car 4 days ago, first payment not supposed to come out until 7/8/22 per calander given and i have a withdraw on my bank account today. Tried to call, waited on hold 2 hours then call disconnected. Called again left my info to be called back haven't heard anything yet. Not off to a great start so far. š
