      Always a good experience when I do business here. Was there last week with a problem and the teller “Shae” I believe her name is, she was very helpful and nice. I’m glad she helped me and resolved my issue. Great job. Definitely look forward to continue banking here because of the staff like Shae.

      They help people steal from you. Different tellers with different policies rather than everyone doing things the same way. Told people make mistakes. But they don't own up to them.

      There ATM fees are cheaper than most all other banks. Even when I didn't have a account at Availa I would stop in to cash out my pocket change or to break large bills. Availa was always happy to help. Most banks require a account with them before being nice. I find this very hard to say about a bank. A lot of bank's brag how nice or great they are Availa has no need to.
