      Very friendly but the prices are very high I think that to charge 255 dollars to make taxes is very excessive, there is no own house or business, too much money.

      I had been filing my taxes with Avant Tax for a few years, and decided to have another accountant review my taxes in hopes of saving some money. Upon review, I came to find out my taxes were being filed improperly at Avant Tax. I work as a realtor and also own multiple rental properties. Avant tax filed my rental/passive income together with my income from selling homes.. resulting in I having to pay much more money in taxes and also finding out that there is missing information documenting my properties depreciation and rental income. I would now need to amend my taxes for multiple years.. meanwhile I am in the process of buying another home and the mortgage company is also scrutinizing my tax returns.. this has turned into a very big headache and unfortunately it could have been avoided. The staff was always friendly and accommodating but for someone like myself who is self employed and owns real estate.. I would not recommend Avant Tax.

When we meet with each client and we solely rely on the information presented and provided at the time, thus the forms are completed based on and reflect such information. If the information is different from what was originally presented, then it should be properly corrected once the discrepancy is communicated. Avant-Tax would have been more than happy to prepare the necessary amendments had we been duly advised and given the opportunity to address it, with no additional fees.
