By far the worst bank I have ever used. Customer service is terrible. Either poor communication or just lacks the necessary skills to do the job. My debit card needs to be replaced about every 3 months because the strip/chip stop working. Then it takes 2 months to get the new one. They say if I chose to get it overnighter they cannot give me a temporary card. Based on how long it takes to get a replacement I have zero confidence in their time frame. As last time they told me it would be 7 to 10 days. And it's already been 2.5 months. My temporary card doesn't work at all at the atm, and I am unable to ever make it during business hours as I work in Denver. I have called to try to get it unlocked so I could deposit money, they said it's done. And to no surprise, it still doesn't work. I was able to make it one day to talk to someone, they said call this number to reset the pin. When I call the number, they said they can't help me. Go to my bank. To sum it up, don't waste your time with this bank. Any option out there would be less of a headache. Closing account asap.
