      Poor customer service and I regret doing business with this company. I do not recommend and will persuade my friends and family to shop elsewhere for auto insurance.

You started your policy with us back in April 2018 and you continued your policy with us until your policy cancelled for non-payment of your monthly payment on October 12, 2021. We tried to contact you many times to let you know that your policy was going to cancel for non-payment and then we also tried to contact you when your policy cancelled. According to our records we have not had any contact or personal dealings with you since the start of your policy. Maybe you are speaking about your customer service experience with National General, to which yes that is a company that we do business with and that was the company that you had your coverage through but we can not be held responsible for their customer service agents. If you would like to call our office at 252-444-3119 when we are open and I guarantee that one of our qualified agents will try their absolute best to help you with any issues you may have and do it with the utmost respect. We take great pride in our customer service as we are a small family owned business and always strive to do our best.
