      Never listened to a word I said. They expected me to buy a home with 3.5 percent down. 1st time home buyer. Needed zero down. If I knew I needed a down payment I would of just went to my own Bank not an IHFA approved lender. I know one thing dont talk to Lisa or Elvis.
