      Walked in the winter garden location 15 minutes before closing to inquire about opening an account and the banker said “NOW???”

      Worst bank ever, do not bank here. Clearly they do not have their customers best interest in mind. They jump at every opportunity to make money on fees. We’ve been banking with them since they were URBAN TRUST. We have business, joint and personal accounts and that doesn’t mean anything here. We’re moving on, should have done it a long time ago. PNC here we come.
